Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Car Assistant AI account and associated data.
Active Subscription?
If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it first via the App Store or Google Play before your account can be deleted. Once your billing period ends and the subscription expires, you can proceed with deletion in the app.
How to delete your account

Open the app
Launch Car Assistant AI on your device.

Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down and select Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is scheduled
Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. You will be logged out immediately.
What data is deleted
- ✓ Your login account (email / Google / Apple sign-in)
- ✓ Vehicle connection history and OBD2 diagnostic data
- ✓ AI chat history and session context
What may be retained
- ~ Billing and subscription records are retained for legal and financial compliance purposes only and are not used for any other purpose.
